We reflect on their past.
We reflect in particular about the treatment that is not in accordance to the Lost Generation – the darkest in our country's history.
Now the time has come for this country to open a new chapter in the history of Australia by fixing the mistakes of the past so we can move forward into the future with full confidence.
We apologize for the laws and policies ever taken by the government which has resulted in the deep grief, suffering and harm to fellow citizens of Australia.
We apologize especially for the removal of Aboriginal children and Torres Strait Islander of his family, his community and his country. To the disappointment, suffering and pain heart Stolen Generation, his descendants and for the families left behind, we extend our apologies.
To the mother and father, brother and sister, to permisahan family and community, we extend our apologies.
And for the humiliation and degradation felt by the people against pride as a nation which is cultured, we extend our apologies.
